At Lumin Leadership, we design learning experiences that are shaped by the unique needs of each organization, team, or individual. Grounded in research-informed practices and real-world leadership experience, each engagement is crafted to build the mindsets and skills needed for authentic, resilient leadership.

Why us?
Doris Chávez-Linville, M.S.Ed., is a lifelong educator with over 20 years of experience facilitating professional development for educators across the United States and internationally. Doris brings her experience, passion, and leadership to inspire community leaders to strengthen their organizations, schools, and groups. She believes that everyone holds the inner power to inspire change and make a meaningful impact in the world.
Doris was personally trained by Dr. Brené Brown as part of the Dare to Lead Certification Training, deepening her expertise in courage-building leadership practices. She integrates these research-based insights into her work, supporting individuals and organizations in leading with greater courage, clarity, and connection.
Ms. Chávez-Linville is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania.
